1, nylon ties are hygroscopic, do not open the package before use, after the wet environment open the package, try to use up within 12 hours, or repackage the unused nylon ties to avoid affecting the tensile strength and rigidity of the nylon ties when manipulated for use.

2、When using the nylon ties, the tension should not exceed the tensile strength of the nylon ties themselves.

3、The diameter of the object to be tied should be smaller than the diameter of the nylon band, and the remaining length of the band should be 80mm after tying. Nylon ties can maintain excellent mechanical properties and thermal ageing resistance in a wide temperature range (-40~120℃).

4、Nylon ties can maintain excellent mechanical properties in a humid environment. Nylon ties are hygroscopic and have higher elongation and impact strength when humidity (water content) increases, but tensile strength and rigidity gradually decrease.

5, nylon ties have good exhaustion, electrical rated temperature less than 105 degrees does not affect its performance, flame retardant to UL determination 94V-2 grade.
